All, Bruce has a great piece up at RS today on the precedent that the Supreme Court risks leaving around "like a loaded weapon" for the president to use against citizens and non-citizens alike under the guise of "foreign affairs" and "national security." While Rubio was flat wrong that the court has no jurisdiction over "foreign policy," the court's deference to the Executive on this front in its squishy ruling is not only wrong, but provides no remedy, leaving Constitutional protections hanging by a thread.
Best,
Kelley
